ERZIA
ERZIA was established in Santander, Spain almost 20 years ago and became a pioneer in custom-made electronic parts used in aerospace and defense equipment. Its highly sought-after products quickly became a benchmark in the industry, with parts being used by NASA, international governments, the European Space Agency, etc.
The Santander Teleport
In 2010, ERZIA partnered with Maritime Telecommunications Network and built a state-of-the-art facility called the Santander Teleport. The joint venture expanded ERZIA’s business into satellite communications to remote locations around the globe, aviation, and particularly maritime.
VIDA
Built upon this experience and the service the Teleport was providing, ERZIA Maritime was founded in 2008 to serve its first fleet of commercial shipping vessels. The business expanded and in late 2020 it was time for a rebrand, highlighting the new capabilities, infrastructure, and ethos of the company. VIDA by ERZIA was born.
